All content on the One Food platform — including logos, graphics, text, icons, and software — is the property of One Food or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Food and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One Food, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mumbai, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon. Each party shall bear its own costs.
For disputes below ₹20,000, you may choose to file a claim in small claims court in your jurisdiction instead of arbitration.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or operational needs. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice in the app. Your continued use of One Food after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, harms our interests, or is otherwise inappropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any outstanding orders will be canceled and refunded where applicable.
